Basic and Detail engineering for a complete fermentation plant including utilities in Belgium.(green field project). Multiple engineering disciplines were involved. (architectural, Industrial, Electrical engineering, HVAC, Automation).

The plant contained:
- supply and storage facility for raw materials 
- pasteurization installation
- Mixing line for raw materials
- Serveral fermentation tanks 
- 2 biogas engines, each driving a generator
- Biogas flare system
- Heat utilization system 
- Drying installation for biomass
- air treatment systems
- Storage facility for dry materials
- Utilities systems (water systems, Steam/condensate, gaslines, proces air, ) 
- Several transport systems 
- Various chemical storage tanks (incl. loading and dosing systems)
- Adjustments to an existing water treatment system
